Critical construction contract
Resolution planning, guidance note, published by the Government Commercial Function in May 2021, states: ‘A public works contract categorised as critical by a contracting authority (after consulting Cabinet Office Markets & Suppliers Team). The Cabinet Office Contract Tiering Tool “Gold” contract tier can be used as a guide to support contracting authorities in determining criticality.’
